Flexera Return Policy

At Flexera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care products


3. Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.


4. Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records

  • Items that are damaged, not in original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to us

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company; processing may take time.

  • Contact your bank if necessary.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


8. Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the sender, who will be informed of the return.


10. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be deducted by the cost of return shipping, if applicable.

Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
